About Me.

Dr. Min. Mary Johnson-Mills has dedicated over 25 years to advocating for and enhancing the lives of older adults. Her unwavering compassion and commitment to serving as the eyes, ears, hands, and voice for seniors led her to establish MBracing Seniors, LLC. Throughout her career, Mary has amassed a wealth of professional and volunteer experience, including roles such as Senior Advocate, Case Manager, Dementia Coach, Long-Term Care Ombudsman, Resource Specialist, Community Outreach Marketing Representative, and Burial Coordinator.​

Mary's dedication has been recognized through numerous awards, including the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Outstanding Advocacy Award, Ombudsman of the Month, Mayoral Service Recognition for Long-Term Care Ombudsman, and various Outstanding Service Awards and Certificates of Appreciation for her dedication to serving older adults.​

Academically, Mary earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Geriatric Social Work, graduating magna cum laude. She further pursued a Master of Religious Education and a Doctor of Sacred Religion. Additionally, she holds certifications as a Certified Senior Advisor®, Long-Term Care Ombudsman, and essentiALZ® through the Alzheimer's Association.​
